Commencing at the [monument?] upon which this notice is placed and running in an Easterly direction seven hundred and fifty [not legible] and westerly seven hundred and fifty [not legible] on and along said Load, Lodge, or Loder or deposit of [not legible] bearing rock and ore and including three hundred [not legible] on each side there of for Mining and working purposes
