D. 3248 - QUIT CLAIM DEED of Easement covering 15* strip id being Parcel 1 of Easement strip 5 described in Deed #5352 heretofore given to Las Vegas Valley Water District. and transmit herewith duplicate originals and three (3) copies of proposed Quit Claim Deed r,N”L.D. 3248, being a Quit Claim of Easement covering Parcel 1 of Easement Strip #5 in Las Vegas heretofore granted to Las Vegas Valley Water District in Deed Audit #5352 recorded as Document Ho. 14123 in Book 14 of Official Records of Clark County, Nevada. The enclosure should be handled in conjunction with ”N"L.D. 3247. approval as to form, please forward the same to Mr. Haramill for further handling. Said document drw>uld be executed by the President and attested by the Secretary of the Las Vegas Valley Water District with the seal of said District placed thereon and the same should be notarized before a Notary Public for the purpose of recordation.
