    * Los Angeles - December 14, 1949 7334 Mr. J. P. Mack; (CC - Mr, P. £. Cragln) Store Department Is complaining because they had to pay ?5 rent on a 100# liquid chlorine tank that was received by the Railroad Company November 29, 1948 and not returned to the Vendor until November 30, 1949. Xt seems if we keep a tank over six months we have to pay rental on it. The chlorine was used at the Springs at Railroad Water Wells, Las Vegas. You may wish to oheok into the matter to see that there ie a proper turnover of these chlorine tanks so that the older ones are used first and avoid having to pay rental on tanks held over the free period. 2-® DEC 1 4 1349 L .
