On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, dated June 12, 1941, extending to July 31, 1942, term of lease Audit No. 9929, dated August 1, 1938, expiring July 31, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and John Vianassa, Lessee, covering signboard site, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; rental $22.50 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon 10 days 1 written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing letter-agreement, C. A. No. 10137, dated June 18, 1941, addressed to Ceco Steel Products Corporation, Los Angeles, California, in connection with sale to said Corporation of Lot 44 and portion of Lot 43, in Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, California, granting to said Ceco Steel Products Corporation the right, within period of two years from June IS, 1941, to purchase Lots 45 and 46 in said Tract, if this company should secure a bonafide offer from some other person, firm or corporation to purchase or lease said Lots 45 and 46; provided said Ceco Steel Products Corporation shall obligate itself in writing to purchase said Lots 45 and 46 within twenty-five days from receipt of notice from this company to it of said offer; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, - 23-
