    \ All minerals and all mineral bights, includ­ing oil and gas and rights thereto; Right to enter upon and use a certain surface locatioh, in size 100 ft» x 420.44 ft., re­ferred to as ’’Development Area”, for the ex­ploration for, removal and disposal of minerals so excepted and reserved; compensation of 2-1/2# of the gross value of minerals produced and saved at the surface of said Development Area to be paid to the record owners thereof; Land Company, after delivery of said deed and upon receipt of request from Haas, Baruch, to arrange for construction of a spur track to serve the option parcel; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LS Deed Audit No. 4801, dated February 2, 1946, conveying to The Quaker Oats Company Lots 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95 in Union.Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, Calif.; subject to: 1. Second installment of general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1945-1946, includ­ing any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration $10, and other good and valuable con­sideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
