SEWER AGREEMENT Strip Hotels SIGN DOWN 11th & Franklin Commissioner Sharp moved that the City Clerk be instructed to notify the various hotels included in the sewer agreement to pay sewer rental directly to the Riviera Hotel. The Riviera will be credited with such payments toward the $100,000.00 they have advanced. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. At this time a complaint regarding a traffic sign which was knocked down at the corner of 11th and Franklin Streets was considered by the Board. Commissioner Sharp moved that this traffic sign be replaced at the corner of 11th and Franklin Streets. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before the Board of Commissioners, Commis­sioner Whipple moved that the meeting be adjourned. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Special Payroll for Census - Warrant Nos. 1006 to 1016 in the net amount of $382.45 _______C. D. Baker______________ Mayor NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: C. D.
