Mr. Cunningham August 7. 1963 a report made by Mr. L* T. Jackson dated January 20, 1927, and a Supplemental Report dated December 31, 1929, (which is unsigned). Both or these reports are included in Con* tract Audit No. 7091 (for future reference) and X am attach* ing hereto pertinent quotations taken from these reports which refer to the pipe line location, our rights or ease* mentg therefor, and the dates when the same were acquired. I thought you and Mr. Renwlck would like to have the attach* ment for future reference, as Contract Audit No. 7091 has been returned to Mr. Groome for delivery to the Auditor. X am unable to state the exact location of Mr. Rouch*s property or his connection to our pipe line. X think it important to determine this location, as it will be essential for any proposed action which might be taken by the Company, whether you determine that Mr. Houch should be allowed this connection and an appropriate agreement to cover the same prepared, or whether you determine that he should be com* pelled to discontinue the connection and use of water from the Company pipe line. Mr. Renwlck has requested that you furnish him and me your recommendations with respect to j this matter. Sincerely, CALVIN M. CORY, ESQ. CMCldl Enel.
