Sext on Commissioner Gitas* V.Williams Secretary Lee 8 * Scott* At a general session of the Commission held at its offices in Carson City, Nevada, July IS, 194#* O R D E R Pursuant to the foregoing Opinion which is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, IT IS ORDERED That Rule 9(c) of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company is hereby cancelled, effective as of July IS, 1943; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That the Company will again file Second Revised Sheet P*S#Q.N. 6A, effective as of July 13, 1943, which sheet shall contain the notation, "Issued in compliance with order of the Public Service Comission of Nevada in. I & 3 Docket 87 dated July IS, 1943"} and growth of Las Vegas, Nevada, demands that the rule again is necessary, the Company will be required to reinstate this rule in its rules and regulations.
