M. 0ory Please refer to Agreement 2518 dated November 3* 1951 Contract Audit IO602 covering Agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Oojsp&ny and Royee J. Petersen, covering construction of approximately 1350 lineal feet of 6n cast iron water mains to serve portion of Block 2 and 3, Tract 2, El Centro Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. The above Agreement covers construction of pip® line In 21 Centro Avenue between 4 th Place and 4th Street and construction of pipe line in 4th Street from south side of St. Louis Street to intersection with 4 th Place, a distance of approximately 900 feet. The portion of line in 4th Street serves subdivision developed by Mr. Petersen on the west side of 4th Street, the east side being vacant property at the time of construction. Due to the fact that the property lying on the east aide of 4th Street was undeveloped and was not owned by Mr. Petersen at time of construction, no provision 'was made In the above mentioned Agreement for refunds from revenue received from water line constructed by and at the expense of Mr, Petersen. Mr. Petersen is now requesting that, since entire area on east side of 4th Street from St. Louis Street to intersection with 4th Place has been fully developed by another party and is being served from water line in 4th Street which was constructed at his expense, the Water Company prepare an Amendatory Agreement with him Las Vegas | 23-1-6? - August 28, 1953
