Ashby: Las Vegas - August 29, 19^2 w 23-1-19 Your letter August 25th, file 199: The 10 ft. diameter redwood retention talk has been erected on a concrete base on the bank across from the pump house, but is not yet connected. The asphalt floor has been installed in the pump house, and chlorinating machine is on hand in Store Department. However, in view of the small amount of additional water that would be made available from Open Spring, I recommend we make no further expenditures there for the present. (Sgd) Walter R.
