h a s Vegas - Kay 6, 19^9 w 13-4-3. Mr, R. It* AdamsonS I enclose herewith bill fro® Mueller Co, covering rental of Tapping Machine and also credit memo received today covering return of same, leafing a net of $102.$0 payable* I also enclose copy of exchange of correspondence with Mr. Keeble on this subject, which is self explanatory. At Mr, M&ag*s request, 1 telephoned Mr. Keeble to have the Tapping Machine sent out, and I assume that Is the reason the charges were billed to the VRAM Co. However, the machine was used exclusively by the Railroad forces in making a cut-in on the 24-inch line a short distance below the reservoir and has no connection with the LVL&V Co. accounts It is my raiderstanding the bill is properly chargeable to H&ilroad Work Order 4261 and should of course, be vouohered through Railroad Accounts A, M.
