No. 8860-1;, dated Dec. 8, 19%k> granting option to renew lease dated October 1, 19i;8, Contract Audit 10l;86, by LVL&WCo. to The Rath Packing Company of premises on East First Street and Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, for the period of one year commencing October 1, 1956, under the same terms and conditions, and an additional option to renew said lease for an additional one-year period commencing October 1, 1957» under the same terms and conditions provided option is exercised for the one-year period commencing October 1, 1956, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Extension Rider "N"L.D. 2838-I, dated December 20, 19$k» extending to and including April 30, 1955? term of agreement Audit N0. 10778 dated August 12, 1952, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District, covering lease of certain furniture, equipment and fixtures located on the premises of Lessor at 1;01 S. 2nd Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; rental $50.00 per month payable monthly in advance, subject to termination by either party upon 30 days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
