See JEWELS BEABINGS, TURBINE Babbitt linings on turbine bearings have been re-faced with babbitt rather than melting out entire bearing. BINDER, LOAD Clean, replace hooks or worn parts, straighten bent parts. BITS, WOOD Tips should be examined; usable ones may be resharpened by filing and straightened, if bent. BLADE, SAW, BAND May be brazed, resharpened and used until about l/8" solid stock r onains.
