Clark, Chief Engineer and Manager, of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, together with copy of attachment re­ferred to in the letter. I believe Mr. Maag is familiar with this matter and I would appreciate it if you would have him check Col. Clark’s figures and advise me whether they are correct-or what changes should be made therein. Col. Clark is correct in saying that Mr, Wehe testified that the estimated width of the rightof way for both water and power was 20 ft. E. E, Bennett Ends EEB.: AP
