In keeping with my promise, l also called Jim Montgomery about furnishing you with six (6) copies of his latest engineering report and the so-called Black & Veatch letter. Jim explained I presume you are in agreement that receipt by you of the final official prospectus effectively answers your April 2 letter, to which reference was made in this morning's telephone talk. that these items will not be off the press and ready for delivery until late tomorrow (Tuesday) or sometime Wednesday. I asked him to convey this information to you by telephone and explain that he would make delivery of six (6) extra copies to you as soon as they become available. Incidentally, I have already alerted Jim Montgomery to be ready to act on your letter suggesting that he submit a plan, together with costs, for supplementing the present local water supply. Jim assured me that he will give the matter immediate attention. \/ofw friilw \/ai ire TAC:nih O'
