Gory) Your letter January 3 regarding agreement with Nevada Construction Company for Installing pressure reducing valve at Main and Charleston: I return duplicate originals which have been assigned "N“ L. D. 2012, executed by Contractor and the Bonding Company. I first conferred with Mr. Cory, who approved same as to form, but it is our understanding that the indorsement covering such approval should be made by Mr. Bennett. I enclose also bill from the Bonding Company in the amount of |1 5 *0 0 , which I assume you will have vouchered through Railroad Accounts. A. M. Folge;
