July 2 3 , 1948 R 2-104 Olof Kelson Construction Company 711 Korth Main Street Las Yogas, Nevada Pear Mr. Meleonf Referring to your letter July 3 making application for a site on Railroad Industrial property on Charleston Boulevard* $hia site, adjoining the present loop traok, is still a part of the Operating Department of the Railroad and ire are not yet in a petition to offer any leases thereon for industrial purposes. If you are the successful bidder on the Oharleeton Boulevard Underpass, w# will endeavor to find you a site on spur trackage where you can receive carload shipments. Regarding the property south of Charleston, the Railroad Company owns only the right-of-way. It is my understanding the tract Just south of Opaoo Lumber is owned by Bert 0*Donnell of the Ranoho Grande Creamery, Juet across the street from the Water office. Very truly yours, A. M. Folger
