assigns to Lyman B. Sutter and Mary J. Sutter, all the interest of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company in that certain lease agree­ment dated March 17, 1953 (LVL&WCo. Audit No. 10672), between LVL&WCo. and Marco B. Restovich, which was assigned under date of June 1, 1953 by Marco B. Restovich to Peter G. Stathis, Andrew Bratsalis and Peter Stathis, co-partners, doing business under the fictitious firm name and style of "The Sea Pood Grotto", covering lease of property on Ocean Boulevard and Lime Avenue, Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5518, dated March 28, 1957, conveying to Lyman B. Sutter and Mary J. Sutter, parcel of land situated in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portion of Block 120 in Townsite of Long Beach; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property Is conveyed subject to: 1. Second installment of general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1958-1957; 2. General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1957-1958, a lien not yet payable; 3. Conditions, restrictions, reservations; easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
