Transfer of stock* Seal. Amendments. Section 2* Ho transfer of stock shall he valid and binding ?upon the Company unless entered upon the bocks kept for that purpose by the Secretary. ARTICLE VI, Final. Section 1. The Company.shall have a seal which shall bear upon its face these words: "Las Vegas Land and Water Company,•Incorporated May 2nd, 1905.n Section 2. These by-law's may be altered, amended or repealed at any .annual meeting of the stockholders, or at- any special meeting called for that purpose, by the holders of a majority of the issued and outstanding stock of the'Company; or by written consent to such alteration, amendment or repeal, signed by the holders of at least a majority of the issued and outstanding stock. -8 -
