Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifications W. 0. No. 10, issued June J>0, 1963, retirement of parcel of land, Lot A, Tract No. 7261, containing an area of 20,000 sq. ft., together with Headquarters Building at 6th & Olive Streets, Los Angeles, California, conveyed to Citinational Bancorporation by LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5962, dated May 9 , 1963* Credit Account - Land and Public Improvements - Los Angeles, California - Sold, $1,115*323.00; Chargeable Sale Price, $1,500,000.00; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $697,054.00; and Estimated Cost of Removal of Property Retired Chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $45,607.00. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President is approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Request; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
