Description

Local news segment reports on the newly approved contract between Culinary Union members and the "Big 6" hotels; video footage shows members counting votes the night before. Reporter states that while 10,000 people went back to work today, the threat is not over. A brief interview clip with Jim Arnold (Local 226) says the he "have to take them on", them being the Boyd Group and Sam Boyd. Union Workers will be locked out at midnight tonight when the contract expires with Boyd Group. Reporter standing outside Stardust says there are busses waiting outside Boyd properties that will be used to bring in replacement workers.
