Contract - Water Supply - Fillmore Utah, Los Angeles, Cal., January 8, 1924, Mr. A. S. Halsted: With your letter of November 3d you handed me the attached eight copies of contract with the City of Fillmore, covering water supply, with the statement: "I am returning herewith the contracts in 'question, rewritten as requested,” This agreement was, in due course, sent to Mr. Calvin, who now returns same, quoting from Mr. Bennewitz in part as follows: "The contract which you submitted to me with yecur letter of December 31st I believe is the same contract which we previously reviewed, as it does not appear to me that any changes have been made 4n it*" Examination of the document seems to confirm the above statement, and I shall be glad if you will kindly have it rewritten in accordance with my letter of October 18th*
