Mr. R.UAdamson;- In connection with attacked Abstract of Title on water supply and pipe line at Black Rock, the following notations are submitted for your attention; (1) Railroad Company owns springs located in the easterly tlG feet of the MR| section 22. There is no evidence that any cowpany or individual has ever filed on this spring or attempted to establish a record title. (2) Railroad Company has no title except by occupation , to portion of right of way for pipe line to this spring through 8E£ Section 22. Pipe line was constructed while this land was part of Public Domain^© * a 1%>20). (3) There is no record of any documents having been filed on the springs belonging to falter James from which water was purchased.
