Bates - Los Angeles: Heferring to your letter March 16, 1956, am return­ing unapproved duplicate originals and three extra copies of proposed Easement MN"L.D. 2995? covering 15 ft. strip of land In the NW* of the NE$ of Section 33? T. 20 S., B. 61 E., M.D.B.&M., in favor of Las Vegas Valley Water District for water line purposes $ easement also include the following provision which is included in Exhibit "F" of Agreement LA&SL-LVL&W Audit No. 10682, Union Pacific Audit No. 80405, with the Water District, covering the. water production and distribution system at Las Vegas, which was taken over by the Water District. This provision is on page 3 and should read substantially as follows: "The Grantors, their successors and assigns, reserve the right to construct roads, pipe lines, wire lines over, under, along and across said easement strips and to use said easement strips, and to grant to others the right to use said easement strips, for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably interfere with the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of water pipe lines and appurtenant facilities by Grantee, its successors and assigns, under and along said easement strips." wording in the preamble of this document and all copies are returned herewith for your further review and handling.
