Bennett I am sending you herewith original and nine copies of letter of submission to Mr. Stoddard and ten copies of Form 30 Estimate, both of which cover extension of water mains to serve Norman J* Helgeson, Subdivider of Acres Addition Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Helgeson has requested a letter from the Water Company stating that it will provide water to his subdivision. I have received approval from the Las Vegas Valley Water District, both as to the project and as to the letter to be written to Mr. Helgeson, in compliance with his request. It will be necessary that I receive Omaha's approval before writing letter requested by Mr* Helgeson, and since he is extremely anxious to have ills subdivision approved by the Board of City Commissioners on Wednesday, August 19th, it is requested that approval by Omaha executives be obtained as quickly as possible. € V L.
