Referring to your letters April 21 Mid April 26 regarding the contemplated opening of roadway in the vicinity of the old Tonop&h High­way* We are not In a position to mats a commitment that any property will be dedicated for Highway purposee. Such commitment must be subject of Board approval and approval cannot fee requested until the projeot Is ready to go for­ward. However, when the City gets ready to open up Tonop&h Drive the full distance between Bonansa Road and Charleston Boulevard, we are agreeable to recommending to our Sxeoutivee the dedication of our portion of the 6o foot high­way. We are also agreeable to recommending the dedication of & 30 foot strip between our prop­erty and the Kaltenborn property at such time as Mr. Kaltenborn Is prepared to dedicate his por­tion* We have no record of intent to acquire a right-of-way between the present end of Tonopah Drive and Bonanza Road, referred to in your let­ter April 26.
