Seconds after this picture was snapped, an oxygen tank in the building exploded with .a concussion felt in a radius of three miles.Bits of the tgpk were recovered a quarter of a mile away"but no one was hurt. Loss,, of equipment and supplies was set-at mpre than $20,000.
