Helen J.Stewart, of Las Vegas, Nevada, party of the first part, and W.A.Clark, of Butte, Montant, party of the second % 5ft % % % % >(c sfc % ;jc 3(c * % >f: % % % % $ afc >jc :£ >!« % JJc£ JL u • "The first party also reserves four acres of land in the U.E.-g: of the S.E.-J- of Section 27, Township 20 S., Range 61 E., M.D.B.& M., for use as a burial plat, the said tract m of land to be in the form of a square, the center thereof to be the grave of Archie Stewart, Sr., together with four miner’s inches of water (California measurement) from the Vegas Creek, or so much thereof as may be required by first party to ir­rigate the said plat; in case the water of Vegas Creek should at any time be diverted, first party reserves the right to con­vey or there shall be conveyed to said tract of land, the water aforesaid, at such times as it may be required by said first party.”
