Bennett) We now hare executive authority to take over the water distribution system of the Boulder Dam Syndicate, Las Vegas, and to construct additional mains to effect adequate service thereto. from the Boulder Dam Syndicate a bill of sale for the pipe lines for the nominal consideration of $1.00, an agreement with Mike Paps to continue furnishing water to the system during the period of construction of the pipe lines at a consideration of $175*00 per month, and also X presume some official communication from the Nevada Public Utilities Commission terminating the public utility franchise of the Boulder Dam Syndicate and officially authorizing the LVL&V Co. to take over the service. and labor, pending receipt of which the above mentioned matter should be concluded.
