Logsdon, General Manager Mueller Company 2801 East 12th Street Lea Angeles 23, California Dear Mr. Logsdons Thank you for your letter of Marsh 9 regarding our proposal to adopt the use of copper pipe for service lines. lour Mr. J. K. Potts called this morning and was of considerable assistance to us in figuring our requirements for tools, fittings, etc., to be used iii connection with the copper service lines. We are placing a requisition with our General Purchasing Agent, Mr. G. A. Keeble of kZZ west 6th Street, Los Angeles, for a supply of the copper pipe to try it out in the business district where the alleys are oil bound, and if this is successful the use of copper service lines will be enlarged. Very truly yours, LAS VEGAS LAUD A WATER 00, ' (General" Manager C oo - Mr. G. A. Keeble) Will you kindly place an order with the Mueller Company for delivery of material shown in attached requisition and ask them to send it out promptly. In view of the difficulty we anticipate in securing C.I., we may have to use the copper sooner than we expect*
