    On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, C.A. No. 10205, dated August 31, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company", and Roy Shipley and Elmer Nelson, called "Contractor", covering the construction, at Contractor's expense, of approximately 1600 ft. of water mains and laterals to and within Block 7 of Mayfair Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $3,620.00; Company, upon completion by Contractor of the construction of at least thirty-four dwelling houses in said Block 7, and other conditions, to pay Contractor the actual cost, not exceeding $3,620.00, of laying and constructing said water mains and laterals and service lines; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con-f irme d. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong xn executing rider, dated September 15, 1942, extending to September 30, 1945, term of agreement, Audit No. 10027, dated October 10, 1939, expiring September 30, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Bert Van Ruiten, Lessee, covering lease of portion of Union Pacific Tract No. 4 at East Los Angeles, California, to be used for agricultural purposes; rental $300 per year, payable semi-annually in ad­vance; subject to termination by Lessor upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved laterals and service lines; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
