Reinhardt: Mr. Franklin Hamilton phoned me this morning and stated that the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley Water District were adopting a resolution today asking for bids for sale of the bonds. The invitations to bid will probably be sent out Monday, April 5th, and they expect to open the bids April 28th. engineering report were now being printed and they should be mailed out Monday, April 5th.
