I agree.I enclose copy of a letter from Mr. Burtner recommending that we build a fruit packing house at Ontario, to be operated by Mr. John tween the an estima a rental Westfall for an association of orange Southern Pacific and Santa Fe tracks .ted cost of *7,000,00, for which Mr. at six per cent, for five years, with growers located beat that point, at Westfall will pay us the privilege of renewing for a like period. I have talked this over with Mr. Wann and Mr. Sloan and we are all very strongly of the opinion that we should build this house, as we are assured of at least 150 oars of fruit which would otherwise be loaded either on the Southern Pacific or Santa Fe tracks. After discussing this with Mr. Clark and securing his verbal approval I have told Mr. Wann that he can notify Mr. Westfall that we will build the house on those terms, as I felt sure that Mr. Bancroft would also concur in the recommendation. The house will be similar to the one we built at Riverside about a year ago, which is also leased to Mr. Westfall on the same terns as we propose to lease the new house to him at Ontario. Yours truly, HCN/SRB
