UPRR Audit #LS 2311 DEED THIS INDENTURE, made this 1st day of June, 1954, by UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a Utah corporation, Grantor, and LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation of the State of Nevada, Grantee, WITNESSETH: Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it paid by the Grantee, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, and to its successors and assigns forever, that certain parcel of land in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, described as follows: The north 50 feet of the south 65 feet of the east 100 feet of the SE^ of the SW^ of Section 28, T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M. D. B. & M. The above described property is conveyed subject to 1. General and special taxes for the year 1954, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease- ments and encumbrances of record. The above described land is conveyed to the Grantee for use as a site for a pumping station to be constructed thereon by the Grantee and used in connection with the water distribution system of the Grantee, its successors and assigns. Said conveyance is subject to the express condition subsequent that the said land shall revert to the Grantor, its successors or assigns, when the That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of 1. Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall cease to use the said land as a site for said pumping station. Within ninety (90) days after the title to said land shall revert to the Grantor, its suc- cessors or assigns, upon the happening of said condition subsequent, the Grantee, at its sole expense, shall remove said pumping station from the said land and restore the surface of the ground substan- tially to the condition existing prior to the construction of said pumping station thereon by the Grantee.
