Dear Sir:- Will you please have Assistant Engineer Watson report to Mr. Bracken at Las Vegas for purpose of making a survey and preparing contour map of the entire ranch property, together with location of an irrigation system to serve the land to the best advantage, and prepare an estimate of cost of leveling the land and putting in the ditches. Have Mr. Watson make his report direct to Mr. Bracken. For Mr. Watson's information would say that we will consider location of buildings and other facilities later.
