Smith Recommendation for LVL&W Go. authority to construct 920 LF of 6H cast iron water main and install 20 LF of 6a fire hydrant connections to serve Ctekrl&ge Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $3 900, chargeable to Investment of which H & > is a Donation. Mr, G. Van Patten, dba Desert Construction Company, has commenced the construction of Oakridge Tract and has requested installation of water mains to serve the property. Mr. Van Patten has deposited 290 to cover the cost of the work plus 10$ for overhead and supervision of which amount $4 110 is subject to refund pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9. Balanoe of #180 represents cost plus 10$ of construction two fire hydrant connections which is not refundable but la capitalized as a Donation. Request authority to proceed with installation of water main upon execution of usual form of refund agreement by subdivider. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection. A. F.
