Clem Malone, who owns the land, proposes to develop it in order to provide more adequate housing facilities for the colored population now existing In shacks in the H.F.M.& M. and Valley View Additions. He has made application for extension of water mains into the tract to he known as Westslde Park and re­quests a letter from the Water Company to he used in securing FRA financing.
