Las Vegas - February 5# 19^® W 23-l-^6 Hr, Frank Strong! fhe City of Las Vegas has recently accepted for annexation a tract of land in the Sir of the SW£, Section 22, which is located Immediately north of H.F.M. & M, Addition. Clem Malone, who owns the land, proposes to develop it in order to provide more adequate housing facilities for the colored population now existing In shacks in the H.F.M.& M. and Valley View Additions. He has made application for extension of water mains into the tract to he known as Westslde Park and requests a letter from the Water Company to he used in securing FRA financing.
