Ve notified both tbs Steel Conversion Oonpany and Revada Sign Oonpany to renova the sign fron Railroad property, and 1 an assured this sill be done promptly. Hr. Duenllng also advisee hie oonpany desires to ternlnate the lease dated Uaroh 1, 1946 for a five year period with the privilege of tsralnatlon by either party. The tenporary structure thereon has been removed and I suggest our Lav Departnant be requested to draw our regular forn of tsralnatlon agreensnt as of Ootober 1, 1946 and affeotlve January 1, 1946.
