On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease agreement C.L.D. 7575, dated October 10, 1946, with J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, doing business as Signal Pipe Line Construction Company, covering warehouse and storage site at Signal Hill, Calif.; term beginning October 16, 1946, and extending to October 16, 1949; rental $225 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination upon 30 days’ written notice by either party; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Smith, doing business as Acme House Moving Company, Lessee, covering site for material and equipment, located near California Ave. and 23rd Street, Long Beach, Calif.; term beginning Oct. 1, 1946, and extending to Oct. 1, 1949; rental $180 per annum, payable semi-annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -8-
