    V duly designated as such by resolution of the Board of Directors of such corporation; and WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 3^301 pro­vides that petitions and protests concerning the organization of new cities on behalf of a corporation must be signed by an officer of that corporation authorized to convey an interest in real property; THEREFORE, on motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the President or any Vice President, if thereunto authorized by the President, is hereby authorized and appointed as legal representative as defined in the California District Reorganization Act of 1965* California Government Code Section 56050; | FURTHER RESOLVED, that the President or any Vice Pres­ident, if thereunto authorized by the President, is hereby authorized and appointed as an officer authorized to convey an interest in real property for all purposes contemplated by California Government Code Section 3^301 relating to the form­ation of new cities within the State of California.
