Cory* This refers to your letter of September 8, I960 In the above matter, enclosing duplicate originals and five copies of proposed Easement between LA&SL-UPRR and LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, "N"LD. 3247. I return to you herewith all enclosures». I note that you have prepared the Easement in form similar to Deed Audit 5352, as suggested by Mr. Hammill. Nevertheless, you will remember our being instructed by the powers that be in Omaha, that easements of this sort should be in bilateral form, I believe I have forwarded to you a sample copy of such easement.
