Dear Sir:- I enclose herewith for your approval, Norm 50, Engineering Department No.16, covering the estimated cost of 400 Window Blinds, freight charges on, and the cost of hanging same in the 40 Employes Cottages recently constructed by this Department for the Las Vegas Land & Water Company, at Las Vegas. These Window Blinds were referred to in your letter to me of the 20th ultimo, file 1199, requesting that the cottages be provided with them. Yours truly,
