With reference to your letter of April 13th, your file 704-36, regarding photostatie copies of original Certificates of Appropriations I do not see why the District would wish the original Certificates of Appropriation in view of the fact that they are a matter of public record. Therefore I see no need to photostat them at this time. If the District wishes them, I see no reason why we should not turn them over to the Dis- Your letter Indicates that you are planning to furnish me at this time with the originals of documents which will be turned over to the Water District.
