    fhe permit shall ha subject to the following conditional All work shall be under the supervision and meet the approval of the Division Engineer, Department of Highways, Las Vegas, Nevada, who shall be notified when operations are to commence. traffic shall not be detoured and the work shall be performed in such manner as may be directed by the Division Engineer to insure a minimum of delay or inconvenience to the traveling public. Proper barricades, warning signs, flags* flares or other protective devices deemed necessary by the Division Engineer shall be installed and maintained as a protection to the traveling public. flagmen on each side of trenching across highway will be required during construction operations to slow and direct traffic around the work. All work not specifically provided for and which will affect the highway or vehicular traffic thereon shall be performed in such manner as may be directed by the Division Engineer to insure a minimus of delay or Inconvenience. Any portion of the highway or appurtenances thereon* damaged or disturbed shall be returned to original condition within two days of comple­tion of the work, and if not so performed* the Department reserves the right to make necessary repairs or replacements and the Permittee hereby agrees to pay the actual cost of such work performed by the Department upon receipt of proper billing for such work. All construction shall meet the requirements, rules, and regulations of the Nevada Public Service Oomraission, in addition to those particularly stipulated herein. -2-
