INSTRUMENT TRANSFERRING INTERESTS IN REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a by these presents, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, assign, transfer and convey unto the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, Grantee, (l) All easements, licenses, leases, contracts or permits pursuant to which the Grantor may now own the right to construct, maintain, operate or renew under, along, upon and across the lands of others any and all water pipe lines and their appurtenances now owned or operated by the Grantor for the purpose of distributing water as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, including but not limited to those created by the instruments referred to on the list hereto attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. -hpV sued by the State Engineer of Nevada authorizing the v -^fes-~Vega:s~ Land?^aTrd^airer^Ccrt^aKiy to appropriate water for municipal and domestic, or for irrigation and domestic use referred to „on the list hereto attached, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof^ (. D. B. & M.
