I agree.Union Pacific, et al. 4. December 10, 1952 said Railroad Company make application to the State Engineer to change the point of diversion of said 2.5 c.f.s. of water from its Well No. 1 to said existing shop well, or make application to said State Engineer for new wells to be drilled within the boundaries of said shop grounds, the District will not protest or contest such application or applications. (c) All water transmission and distribution lines owned by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company extending from the land described in (a) above to connections with the distribution facilities owned and operated by Las Vegas Land and Water Company as a public utility and connecting with industries now served by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company and power lines used to operate the water production facilities on the water-bearing lands described in (a) above extending from said lands to connections with the facilities of the Southern Nevada Power Company, but excluding therefrom all water
