City Hall Oakland, Calif. November 30, 1938 Refer to: Mr. Walter R. Bracken Special Representative Union Pacific R.R.Co. 401 South 2nd St. Las Vegas, Nevada R-l Dear Sir: Replying to your letter of November 28 please be advised the 80 acres according to my map should be as follows: S.%- of NE i Sec.32, Twp. 20 S.R.61 E. The land stands in the name of Helene Nagel for whom I wrote. Until recently it was in the name of J. C. Droge. It has an artesian well on the rear part of the land and lies adjacent to immediately south (I should say, or southwest) of your company’s property. I was informed your land is farmed and see no reason why the same party could not farm this 80. However, Mrs. Nagel prefers to sell. She also has a quarter section which is the SW 4- of Sec. 6, Twp., 21 S. R 61 E. An artesian well belonging to the jeweler, whose name I forget, is located at the northeast corner of this piece. Thank you for your request for information. Yours very truly, J/P.Iverson
