Dear Mr. Folger 20th last: In accordance with your letter of February Please find here attached, copy of a Ruling of the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada in the Investigation concerning Electric and Water Rates for our Company in Winnemueca, Nevada. The case number was 1165, Heard on March 8, 194-8 and Decided July 3rd, 1948. This inclosed copy of finding covers both our electric and water rates here which will, I believe, be interesting to you. As you will see, we had not asked for increase but were brought to hearing on compliant of various customers here. If we can be of any further service, please let us know.
