Co* dated June 17, 1902 which is for property known as the "Cotton­wood BanchnJ:also enclosing deed running from W. A. Clark to the S. P, I. A. & S. i. B. B. Co. dated July 2, 1903, which is a transfe r of the Las Vegas ranch. I note that you do not find that you have a separate deed for the Keil ranch and presume it was owned by the railroad company and turn­ed over to us in one of the blanket deeds, and I note that you have written Mr. Bancroft in regard to the matter and that you will advise me on receipt of information from him.
