1 It is agreed that the ledger value of the materials and 2 supplies charged to said Account 115— Materials and Sup- 3 plies as of September 1, 1952, was $29,902.90, and that 4 the ledger value of the automotive equipment and shop 5 equipment charged to said Account 3 2 7 — General Equip- 6 ment as of September 1, 1952, was $8,379.54, 7 (i) All of the right, title and interest of the 8 Water Company, or any successor in ownership, in and to 9 that certain permit granted by the Eoard of Commission- 10 ers of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, whereby the Water 11 Company was granted permission for a term of fifty (50) 12 years from February 21, 1930, to Install, lay down and 13 maintain water pipe lines, water mains and all necessary 14 and proper appliances used in connection therewith or ap- 15 purtenant thereto in, through, under or across, under or 16 along all of the streets, alleys, avenues and highways 17 of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Ne- 18 vada, Including Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, the origin- 19 al townsite of Las Vegas, and all additions, tracts and 20 subdivisions existing as a part of said City on February 21 21, 1930, and all additions, tracts and subdivisions 22 which thereafter may have or may be added to said City 23 of Las Vegas or thereafter laid out or subdivided for 24 the purpose of supplying the Inhabitants of the City of 25 Las Vegas with water. Said permit provides that the Wa- 26 ter Company shall not be entitled to assign the permit or 27 28 9.
